Nicole Williams

Nicole Williams currently serves as Head of Business Development at Justworks, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Williams was VP of Emerging Channel Sales at Edelman Financial Engines from October 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading the sales team and developing market strategies for revenue growth. Williams also held the position of Head of Sales at Maven Clinic for a brief period in 2021, spearheading sales across various market segments. From November 2015 to April 2021, Williams was Senior Vice President of Sales at ConnectYourCare, focusing on revenue expansion and client services. Earlier in career, Williams grew Choice Strategies, a WageWorks division, from a start-up to a market leader as National Sales Director from January 2006 to November 2015.
