Renee Grant

Renee Grant, MBA, currently serves as Sales Manager at Justworks since July 2022, following nearly nine years at Allstate. During tenure at Allstate, Renee held the positions of Process Support Engineer and Agency Process Specialist, contributing to year-over-year growth and business retention through strategic planning and performance assessments. Renee played a pivotal role in advancing sales processes and developing market expansion strategies while fostering leadership for revenue growth. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, completed in 2020.
