Jorma Kivelä

Jorma Kivelä has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jorma co-founded Jutel Oy RadioMan in 1984 and served as the CTO, chairman of the board, and CEO throughout different periods. Jorma was also a member of the board during this time. Additionally, from 1992 to 1994, they were the CEO of Jutron Oy, a company established by Jutel Oy. Jorma held positions of responsibility in various organizations, including serving as the chairman of Sivakka-yhtymä Oy from 2009 to 2018 and the chairman of Oulun Tietotekniikka liikelaitos from 1999 to 2008. Furthermore, they were a board member at Oulun Puhelin Oyj from 2000 to 2004. Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, they worked as a research engineer and lab engineer at the University of Oulu from 1980 to 1992.

Jorma Kivelä attended the University of Oulu from 1975 to 1980, where they earned a degree in Electronics. Jorma obtained a DI (Diploma Engineer) as well as a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electronics during their time at the university.
