Minori Parelkar

Minori Parelkar is JUV’s 22-year-old Director of Project Operations. A first-generation Indian-American from Somerset, NJ, the armpit of the armpit of America, she spent her childhood influenced by fantasy novels, Bollywood movies, and living in a world of make-believe. Unfortunately, now Minori is a big nerd but figures that the world makes a little more sense with magic as a backup plan.

Minori joined JUV her freshman year of college and quickly figured that life as a Consultant and then a Junior Partner suited her pretty well. She’s an NYU graduate who majored in Economics and minored in Psychology and Business studies. When in school, she spent most of her time as leadership for NYU’s Model United Nations Club, mentoring low-income students entering high school and college, and gaining experience in Marketing and Sales over her many internship opportunities.

When she’s not brainstorming ideas for a potential YouTube channel/reality show with her roommates you can find Minori researching weird food combos, trying to find the best light in her apartment to paint in, and taking advantage of New York City in search of further inspiration.
