Jenelle Masterson

Jenelle Masterson, CEM, currently serves as the Crisis Track Implementation and Training Manager at Juvare, following a role as Director of Operations at Crisis Track. Previous experience includes positions as Emergency Services Manager for the San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department and Emergency Preparedness Coordinator for the City of San Mateo, focusing on training city staff in emergency operations and planning multi-jurisdictional exercises. Jenelle's early career involved enhancing emergency preparedness programs for the City of Foster City, volunteering with the City of Mountain View's Office of Emergency Services, and providing document assessment for the DHS Office of Biometric Identity Management. Jenelle holds a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington.
