Latricia Shepard, M.S.

Latricia Shepard, M.S. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Latricia is currently employed at Juvare as the SVP and Chief People Officer. Prior to that, they worked at Comcast as the Executive Director of Strategy and Planning DEI. Latricia had a long tenure at AT&T, where they held various roles including Human Resources Director, Lead Diversity/Talent HR Consultant, Chief of Staff, Lead Product Manager, Customer Experience Sr. Project Manager, Associate Director of HR Training & Development, Sr. HR Project Manager, and Sr. HR Consultant. Before their time at AT&T, they worked as a Corporate Trainer at Powell Goldstein/Brian Cave. Additionally, Latricia owned and operated their own company called Keepsake Expressions, where they served as the President and CEO.

Latricia Shepard, M.S. has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from Georgia State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Educational Psychology from The University of Georgia. In addition to their formal education, Latricia has obtained several certifications. Latricia holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University, which they obtained in January 2023. Latricia also has a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in May 2021. Furthermore, Latricia is a certified Leadership Assessment Coach from Hogan Assessment Systems, earned in April 2017. Latricia is also a Zenger Folkman Leadership Coach, which they achieved in August 2010. Additionally, Latricia has a facilitator certification in Problem Solving and Decision Making from Kepner-Tregoe, although the exact month and year of this certification are unknown.
