Matthew Ajoseh has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Matthew started their career in 2006 as a Conference Services/ Supervisor at Hilton Atlanta/ MH&CC, where they were responsible for setting up and breaking down convention room equipment, delivering items to conference rooms, and coordinating projects for specialized catering departments. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Allconnect as a Home Service Consultant III/Sales Agent/Peer Coach. In this role, they provided customer service and sales support, as well as coaching and mentoring to peers. In 2015, Matthew joined IBM/Lenovo (CGS) as a Technical Support Analyst, where they provided technical support to clients. Matthew then worked as a Technical Support Representative at NexTraq from 2016 to 2018, assisting customers with technical issues. Currently, they are employed at Juvare as a Product Support Specialist, offering remote technical support to clients and assisting with development tasks to support internal and customer-driven projects.
