Ziggy Liaqat is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Strategist at Amazon Web Services since June 2020, Ziggy also holds multiple advisory positions, including Strategic Advisor for New U Venture Partners and Education VC, and Board Member for SnapLearn, Cell-Ed, and ORamaVR. As the Founder of Lucidity, Ziggy specializes in developing customized frameworks for talent development and leadership coaching. Previously, as Global COO at Pearson, significant contributions included achieving over $150 million in margin improvement through operational modernization and enhancing customer support functions. Ziggy's educational background includes a Leadership Development program at Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Greenwich.
