Rakesh Njanadas is a seasoned professional in health, safety, and environment (HSE) management, currently serving as the Head of HSE for India operations at juwi Group since November 2022, specializing in renewable energy and solar EPC/O&M. Prior experience includes roles as HSE Manager for projects across India at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy and as Team Lead for HSE projects in Kuwait with FDH-NSH Oil & Gas projects - Wood plc. Rakesh Njanadas has also held HSE managerial positions in the façade industry in Dubai, MEP projects at Ford Motor Company, and refinery projects in Oman. Rakesh's career began with a Project Engineer Trainee position at Cochin Shipyard Limited. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology at Indrashil University, Rakesh Njanadas holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
