Ashleigh Braun

Ashleigh Braun is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent at Juxtapose since March 2024. In this role, Ashleigh focuses on recruiting and meeting strategic talent needs, particularly for CEOs and senior executive teams within the company's platform and software ventures. Prior to Juxtapose, Ashleigh worked as an Associate Director at Daversa Partners from 2018 to February 2024, where responsibilities included building C-level executive teams for top-tier VC-backed tech companies and managing a team of consultants. Ashleigh also contributed to the growth of Daversa Partners from 60 to over 170 employees, overseeing business development, client management, and search execution. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Social Media and Marketing Manager at Irving Publications and a Social Media Manager at Gulfstream Media Group. Ashleigh holds a degree in Journalism and Psychology from the University of Florida and completed studies at Don Quijote Language School in Barcelona, Spain.
