Amy Graft

Amy Graft has extensive experience in talent and organization transformation, with a distinguished career at Siemens from January 1992 to November 2022. As the Director of Talent & Organization Transformation for the Americas, Amy managed strategic outsourcing of training operations and fostered a continuous learning culture through ecosystem growth. Previous roles included leading learning operations for North America, centralizing business learning in the US, and overseeing elearning development and vendor management. Amy holds a Ph.D. in Human Factors and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Central Florida.
