Doug Malinski

Doug Malinski has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the engineering and construction industry. Doug is currently serving as the Director of Project Development for Threeosix Industrial since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Business Development at JV Driver Group starting from 2015. From 2012 to 2014, Doug held the position of Officer/Associate Vice President/Senior Regional Manager at Black & Veatch Canada. Doug also served as the Regional General Manager at Black and Veatch from 2006 to 2012. Doug began their career as a Business Manager at HAWK ENGINEERING LIMITED from 2001 to 2006.

Doug Malinski has completed Strategic Selling Training at Miller Heiman. Doug has also pursued Project Management at the Project Management Institute. Additionally, they have studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Alberta.
