Andrei Paduraru

Andrei Paduraru is an essential part of JVM’s team. Andrei has educated, advised, and guided 4,000+ clients and real estate agents through JVM’s process. His congeniality, quick problem-solving, and ability to breakdown the complex loan process have garnered hundreds of 5-star reviews from real estate agents and borrowers alike. Andrei acts as the primary liaison for new clients and Realtors. He is the first person to reach out to answer and address any questions and concerns, and he remains available throughout every transaction to ensure clients and agents are never in the dark or confused about any of the steps along the way. Andrei is the driving force behind JVM’s famous, cutting-edge systems, as he is tasked with leading JVM’s Tech Committee. When he’s not assisting clients, he’s constantly researching tech solutions and demoing new fintech products to optimize and streamline the company’s workflow. In addition to his Tech Committee duties, Andrei also sits on JVM’s primary management committee. He plays a significant role with overall strategy, marketing, systems, recruiting, hiring, training, tech-vetting, managing, and everything else that goes into running a company.

Prior to JVM, Andrei worked at Apple as an advisor to business owners and entrepreneurs seeking technology solutions to suit their many needs. He also facilitated payments for Apple stores worldwide by supporting hundreds of diverse vendor relationships. Andrei takes special pride in his ability to distill complex concepts into digestible pieces of information to clients while keeping multiple parties updated each step of the way during a client’s mortgage loan process.

Andrei grew up in Roseville, CA, and moved to the Bay Area to attend San Francisco State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance.
