Desiree Heisinger

Desiree Heisinger plays an integral role at JVM as a Closing Specialist. JVM’s Closing Specialists are fully licensed Mortgage Analysts who understand every aspect of the mortgage approval process and take over 100% of every transaction once it is ready to submit to underwriting. Desiree is an expert at closing even the most tricky loan files, having worked with hundreds of clients and garnered countless five-star reviews. She ensures that all of JVM’s refinance clients have a fast, smooth, and seamless closing experience, from the point of submission to underwriting to funding and ultimately closing. Desiree acts as an advocate and liaison for JVM’s borrowers, ensuring that each file she receives is 100% accurate and is not met with any issues when sent through to underwriting and escrow.

Desiree first joined the mortgage industry five years ago, managing and processing complex files at one of the five largest mortgage companies in the nation. Her hard work and analytical mind allowed her to be promoted quickly to be a Junior Processor, where she was the point person for borrowers, escrow officers, underwriters, and Realtors, all while playing a key role in ensuring loans were closed successfully and on time. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Desiree honed her customer service and time management skills by working in the service industry and interning with a top hospital while in college.
