Larisa Del Carlo Estrada

Larisa Del Carlo Estrada is one of JVM Lending’s most seasoned and skilled Closing Specialists, as she has now closed hundreds of purchases and refinances and cultivated more five-star reviews than almost anyone else on the JVM team. JVM’s Closing Specialists are fully licensed Mortgage Analysts who understand every aspect of the mortgage approval process and take over 100% of every transaction once it is ready to submit to underwriting. Larisa also frequently steps in to help cover weekend referrals for JVM, and, even more impressively, she is JVM’s “Culture Czar” as well. This is a vital position at JVM, as maintaining a uniquely vibrant and healthy culture is one of JVM’s paramount values because they know that strong cultures create happier team members who, in turn, foster better client experiences.

Prior to her JVM tenure, Larisa pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, along with a minor in Biology at Saint Mary’s College of California. She excelled in her education, earning entrance into both the St. Mary’s Honors Program and the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Society, and graduating Summa Cum Laude. As an undergrad, Larisa balanced her diverse curriculum with a full-time Resident Advisor position and two part-time jobs. To offset the demands of her rigorous school and work schedule, Larisa enjoyed numerous extracurricular activities such as playing saxophone in the SMC Sports Band and coordinating the campus’ annual Relay for Life. Her prior work experience includes a finance internship with Arch Mortgage Insurance, which provided her first exposure to the mortgage industry.
