Kortney Balas

Kortney Balas has extensive work experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on property management and information management. Kortney worked at JVM Realty Corporation as the SVP of Strategic Services, where they oversaw strategic services and information management. Prior to that, they held roles at Aimco, including property manager/broker and division standards manager. Kortney also worked at Wheaton Franciscan as a quality and compliance associate and at Traveler's Insurance Company as a loss adjuster. Throughout their career, Kortney has demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Kortney Balas attended Western Illinois University from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in English Education. In addition to their formal education, Kortney has obtained several certifications over the years. In 2014, they became a YieldStar Certified Revenue Manager through Real Page/YieldStar. Kortney also obtained a Certified Occupancy Specialist certification from the State Of Illinois in 2012. In the same year, Kortney became a OneSite Software Trainer through Real Page. Prior to that, in 2011, they became a Real Estate Broker through the State of Illinois.
