Stephanie Gubiotti Caps

Stephanie Gubiotti, CAPS has a diverse work experience in the property management industry. Stephanie is currently working as the Director of Business Systems at JVM Realty Corporation since September 2022. Prior to their current position, Stephanie worked at Dietz Property Group where they served as the Regional Vice President from October 2020 to September 2022, Regional Manager from January 2017 to September 2020, and Community Director from July 2011 to January 2017. Stephanie also gained valuable experience as an Assistant Community Director at Plas, Inc from June 2007 to July 2011.

Stephanie Gubiotti, CAPS, has a background in Early Childhood Education and Teaching. Stephanie attended Baker College where they studied Early Childhood Education and Teaching. In addition to their educational background, Stephanie has obtained certification as a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association.
