Timothy W. Miller possesses a diverse professional background with experience in customer service, technical support, and correctional facility roles. Recent experience includes working as a Direct Care Monitor/Support Provider at Gateway Foundation and providing customer service and technical support to Google Fi customers at TELUS International. Previous positions include serving as a Correctional Officer-2 at TDCJ, where responsibilities involved conducting cell searches and managing inmate safety, and as a Substance Abuse Counselor Intern, where assessments and treatment plans were developed according to DSM-4 guidelines.
