Ovrille A. Gonsalves

Ovrille A. Gonsalves has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2001, Ovrille worked at Fidelity National Information Services (formerly eFunds International India Private Limited) as a Team Coach and later as an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive in the Center of Excellence Training department. Here, they managed trainers and oversaw process training for O2 Cellular Services.

In 2005, Ovrille joined Convergys India Services Private Limited as a Project Team Leader for the Optus LAR project. Ovrille A. led the transition of the project, managed client relationships, and reported project status regularly.

From 2006 to 2008, Ovrille worked at Clark University as the Head Supervisor for the Clark Endowment Development Fund, where they supervised a team of student callers for the Phonathon Program. Ovrille A. also worked as a Research Analyst for the Graduate School of Management and later as a Program Coordinator for the Graduate School of Management, where they planned and executed orientation programs and served as a liaison between the Admissions and Student Services offices.

In 2007, Ovrille had an internship at OSRAM as a Marketing Project Manager, leading a cross-functional team for the KLT Packaging Solution initiative.

From 2009 to 2015, Ovrille worked at Sigma Systems, Inc. in various roles. Ovrille A. started as a Market Research Analyst, where they conducted marketing research and analyzed market trends. Ovrille A. then became a Technical Recruiting Lead, responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for various industries. Finally, they worked as an Account Manager, managing client relationships and gathering technical requirements for healthcare, government, IT, and other client accounts.

Currently, Ovrille is at JVT Advisors, where they have held several positions. Ovrille A. started as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and then became a Recruiting Team Lead. Ovrille A. was later promoted to Recruiting Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Recruiting and Training.

Ovrille A. Gonsalves obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Financial Accounting and Auditing from the University of Mumbai from 1998 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree in General and Strategic Management from the same university between 2002 and 2004. In 2004, Ovrille obtained a certification in "Train the Trainer" from Dale Carnegie Training India. Ovrille A. then furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Marketing and Finance from Clark University, which they attended from 2006 to 2008.
