Ryan Grohmann

Ryan Grohmann has a solid work experience in the aluminum industry. Ryan started their career in Alcoa as a Project Engineer in 1995 and later became a Senior Production Engineer and Manufacturing Supervisor. In 2003, they joined Alcoa/JW Aluminum as a Casting Manager and then moved to JW Aluminum in 2007, where they served as the Production Control/Purchasing Manager. Ryan's roles at JW Aluminum progressed, and they became the Plant Manager in 2008, then the Industrial Engineering Manager in 2013, and finally the Director of Equipment Engineering.

Ryan Grohmann completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1995. Ryan went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Fontbonne University, graduating in 2006.
