Toby Pratt

Toby Pratt joined JW Asset Management in 2019 and has more than 12 years of experience in financial markets and investment management. As a member of the investment team, Toby helps source and underwrite prospective investments and works to support our portfolio companies. Prior to joining the firm, he worked on private equity transactions at Beem Holdings and spent seven years as a trader and equity portfolio manager at Capstone Investment Advisors. Toby earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s The Wharton School. He currently serves on the board of Tidal Vision, a portfolio company.
