Andra Yearsich

Andra Yearsich is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Front Office Operations at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa since March 2022. Previously, Andra held the position of Director of Rooms at Hilton Aventura Miami and Hilton Westchester from November 2020 to March 2022 and August 2016 to September 2020, respectively. Andra's career also includes roles as Front Office Manager at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort and as Front Office Manager and Supervisor at Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort Hotel. Additionally, Andra began a career in hospitality as Front Office Supervisor at Omni Tucson National Resort. Andra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Arizona.
