Giovanna Armas is a seasoned professional in revenue management with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Revenue Management at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa since May 2023, Giovanna has held various revenue management roles, including Director of Revenue Management at Prism Hotels & Resorts and Hotel & Casino Revenue Management at Seminole Hard Rock Support Services. Earlier roles at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa include Revenue Manager, Reservations Manager, and Reservations Supervisor. Giovanna’s career began as a Revenue Management Analyst at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Additionally, Giovanna is pursuing education at Broward College, having previously attended Florida International University.
