Michael Park is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at JW Marriott, a position held since 2022. Previously, they were the Executive Chef at Fourpoints by Sheraton Seoul, Gangnam from 2019 to 2022 and the Culinary Head Chef at JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul from 2016 to 2018. Their culinary journey began at The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul, where they worked as a commie from 2006 to 2010, and they gained further experience as a Senior Sous Chef at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts from 2011 to 2016. Michael holds a degree in culinary art from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, earned between 2004 and 2006.
