Tendai Francis Zvovushe has been working in the software engineering field since 2003. In 2004, they were hired on contract by Information Resources, Inc. as a Technical Lead to post a legacy UPC tracking system from Perl to Java/JSP. In 2005, they were hired on a contract basis by CAPS Business Recovery as a Lead Developer to create a Word Document Object to construct documents based on user-created templates stored in SQL Server. In 2006, they were hired by RecoveryPlanner.com as a Technical Lead, where they acted as Source management and software deployment strategist, and lead software developer for the flagship document generation system. In 2007, they were a Contract Software Developer, providing software development services on a contract basis, and was also a Lead Developer for an online content management utility for an signage display company. From 2012-2015, they worked as a Software Engineer at Havas Worldwide, writing and maintaining Java code for various client projects, and writing and maintaining enhancements for Havas' flagship email marketing software. From 2015-2020, they worked as a Software Engineer at teamDigital Promotions, primarily working on backend code for promotional websites for many major brands. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Exago Inc., working with the Design, Engineering, and QA teams to fix bugs and implement new features. Currently, they are working as a Site Reliability Engineer for JW Michaels & Co., writing code, designing processes, diagnosing problems, developing long term solutions to those problems, and on-call support on a team rotation.
Tendai Francis Zvovushe attended Southern Connecticut State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
