Elena Draganovska

Elena Draganovska has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Elena currently holds the position of VP of European Operations at JW Player, starting in November 2022. In the same year, they became the Managing Director of InPleer Hub, a subsidiary of JW Player. Their responsibilities in this role include managing the organization, overseeing documentation, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Prior to their current positions, Elena worked at InPlayer from 2011 to 2023, holding roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Customer Success Officer, and Vice President of Customer Success. During their time at InPlayer, Elena led teams and was responsible for customer support, account management, lead generation, data analysis, reporting, and finances.

Before joining InPlayer, Elena co-founded an NGO called KIBARIAN - Association for Social Entrepreneurship in 2011. Elena also worked as a Marketing Manager at EIMMS and Art Advertising, Branding, and Communication in 2010 and as an Assistant Marketing Manager at PXD System in 2009.

Elena's early work experience includes serving as a Librarian Assistant at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University and an Assistant Marketing Manager (internship) at Club Simena Hotel in 2007. Elena holds diverse skills in marketing, management, customer success, and social entrepreneurship.

Elena Draganovska holds a Master's degree in Electronic Business Management from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje, Macedonia, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Elena also has a Bachelor of Science degree in E-business from the same university, completed from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they attended High School Rade Jovcervski - Korcagin, Skopje, where they studied Natural Sciences and Mathematics from 2000 to 2004. Elena further pursued their education in Information Technology, specifically as a Web Developer, at Seavus Education & Development Center (SEDC) in 2018 and 2019.
