Roberto Eguia has extensive work experience in various leadership and operational roles. Roberto served as the Director of Operations at JWC Environmental since 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Manufacturing Operations at Industrial Proveedora las Californias, S.A. de C.V. from 2013 to 2019. Roberto also worked at Brasstech, Inc., where they were the Director of Lean Processes from 2012 to 2013, and later served as the Director of Manufacturing and Mx Plant Manager from 2004 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Corporate Industrial Engineer at Masco Corporation and as a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer at American Metal Products / AMPIM.

Roberto Eguia has an educational background in industrial engineering and management. Roberto obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from CETYS Universidad in 1995. In 2005, they completed an MBA in management from Eastern Michigan University. Roberto then pursued further education in Industrial Engineering, obtaining a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University in 2012.
