Debra H. Worth joins the JWilliams Staffing team with 18 years’ experience in real estate. Her background includes sales and sales management in the Homebuilding Industry, and project sales management in condo conversions. Prior to her time in real estate, Debra also found success in the high tech industry where she was a global staffing and recruitment Program Manager for Fortune 100 Company in Silicon Valley. Debra’s accomplishments also include creating a companywide Mentoring Program, receiving awards for most efficient team member in sales, degrees in Management of Information Systems from San Jose State University and Sociology from College of the Holy Names, and a Leadership Program Certification.
