Sarah Franklin

Sarah Franklin is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and people operations. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at JWP (JW Player) from August 2021 to December 2023, Sarah has previously held various HR positions, including Senior HR Manager and HR Manager at the same company. Prior to JWP, Sarah worked at Team Whistle as the Manager of People Operations & Culture and gained valuable experience at the National Basketball Association in different HR capacities, from Coordinator to Associate Coordinator roles. Early in the career, Sarah completed internships in human resources at Horizon Media and Major League Baseball. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, earned in May 2016.
