Nancy Lacy

Nancy Lacy is an experienced professional in the technology and service delivery fields, currently serving as a Configuration Manager and Proposal Coordinator at JYG Innovations since October 2017. Prior to this, Nancy was unemployed from June 2016 to October 2017 and worked at Computer Sciences Corporation from 2001 to 2016 as a Global Service Request Coordinator, managing service requests and collaborating with service providers to ensure accurate data capture. Nancy also held the position of Incident Coordinator, where responsibilities included validating incident tickets and managing workflow. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Help Desk Associate at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and work in Energy Resources at Dayton Power and Light. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Wright State University.
