Head of Customer Operations at Jyre

Prash Raval's work experience begins in 2012 with a summer internship at UBS Investment Bank, where they received a full-time offer but initially declined it to pursue a scholarship. Prash later accepted the offer and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst, gaining experience in deal-making within the technology, media, and telecoms sector.

In 2015, Prash transitioned to the sports industry and joined Aston Villa Football Club as a Senior Commercial Manager. After a year, they moved on to Uber, starting as an Operations Coordinator for the UK Marketplace Team. Prash held various roles within Uber, including Operations Manager for the UK Safety Team, Senior Operations Manager for the UK Driver Team, and eventually became the Head of Safety Operations for the UK. Prash played a vital role in projects related to safety, license compliance, and the future of work for Uber.

In 2023, Prash joined Jyre as the Head of Customer Operations, where their main responsibility is to help customers effectively use the digital platform to build high-performing teams and achieve their goals.

Prash Raval completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics at UCL from 2010 to 2014. During their studies, they also participated in a Year Abroad program at the University of Chicago in 2012 and 2013. After working for a few years, Prash pursued further education by completing an Executive Education Programme in Innovating in the Digital World at the London Business School in 2019, and another Executive Education Programme in Strategy and Leadership at Harvard Business School Online from 2017 to 2018. Prior to their university education, Prash completed their A-Level studies at Queen Elizabeth's School, Barnet from 2003 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained the Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship with Distinction from the Chartered Management Institute in September 2022, as well as the APM Project Management Qualification from the Association for Project Management in May 2022.
