Annika Ludwig

Annika Ludwig is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in retail and operations management across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the COO of JYSK UAE and Mercurius International since January 2024, Annika is responsible for the company's strategic expansion, financial performance, and operational efficiency. Previously, as Director of Commercial Operations at Gainsborough Group, Annika led the launch of Compartes in the Middle East and managed P&L responsibilities for multiple brands. Annika's leadership experience includes directing operations at Bateel International, managing regional retail for the Armani portfolio at Al Tayer Group, overseeing a large network of stores at Azadea Group, and achieving sales targets at Majid Al Futtaim. Annika's academic background includes a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Potsdam.
