Jan Varberg

Jan Varberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in headhunting, recruitment, and business consulting. Currently the owner of Varberg Management ApS since April 2016, Jan specializes in headhunting, search and selection, outplacement, and coaching. Additionally, Jan serves as a member of the representative council for Jyske Bank and is the founder of Nextpeak, a business network for CXOs that collaborates with various partners to create valuable content. Jan has held leadership roles such as chairman of the Businessprisen Grubleren and chairman of the bank council at Handelsbanken - Aalborg City. Previous positions include professional headhunter at Sensu A/S and Nordjysk Rekruttering, as well as consultancy roles at Adecco and Randstad. Jan holds a Merkonom degree in Marketing from Nordjyllands Erhvervsakademi and has been actively involved in the recruitment industry since the late 1990s.
