Morten Bach

Morten Bach is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership roles within the financial and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Seniorspecialist at Jyske Bank since October 2023, Morten focuses on strategy, sales, and customer-centric initiatives. Previously, Morten held the position of Sales Director at Customer Agency, where responsibilities included driving customer-centric transformation for organizations. Morten also served as Group CEO at Hjælp Til Pårørende, a leading provider of online courses for relatives of individuals with mental illness in Denmark. From August 2005 to October 2021, Morten worked at Alm. Brand, initially as Markedschef Erhverv & Landbrug, overseeing the establishment of a sales organization in West Denmark, and later as Markedschef privat, managing private sector leaders and consultants. Early career experience includes being a Teamchef at Alka Forsikring, where Morten led and coached a customer service team. Morten holds a diploma in insurance education and has completed the AROS BOARD executive program in early 2025.
