Madeeha Munaf possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Cluster HR Business Partner and Deputy Manager Human Resources at K-Electric since June 2016. In this role, Madeeha actively contributed to the development of an online grievance portal to promote a safe and inclusive workplace environment. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager - Employee Relations and Team Lead - Human Resources at The Indus Hospital, where Madeeha focused on employee relations and policy implementation. Madeeha’s career began at the Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation, where roles included Senior Officer - Human Resources and Radiology Technologist.
