Ubaid Ur Rehman Sheikh

Ubaid ur Rehman Sheikh has over 26 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Snr. Director HR and Head of HRBP and Talent Acquisition at K-Electric since November 2016. Prior roles at K-Electric include Director HR and Deputy Director Rewards and People Analytics. Ubaid's career began at ICI Pakistan, where various roles spanned from Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and HRIS Manager to other HR, Industrial Relations, and Sales positions from February 1997 to November 2016. Ubaid holds a Master of Business Administration from IBA (2011-2013), a B.Com. from Premier College, Karachi (1990-1992), and completed Matriculation at Dehli School, Karachi (1977-1987).
