Zeeshan Mehdi

Zeeshan Mehdi possesses extensive experience in customer service and management across various roles. Currently serving as Deputy Manager Customer Accounts at K-Electric since December 2012, ZM oversees the Meter Reading department, focusing on billing for ordinary, commercial, industrial, and government accounts. Previously, ZM worked as Manager Human Resource at Outsource Systems & Solutions Pvt Ltd., where responsibilities included web portal content management, corporate communication, and employee relations. In an earlier position as Manager Call Center at E Square Services, ZM managed domestic inbound and outbound campaigns for KESC. Additional experience includes overseeing a team of customer service professionals at Ufone and handling customer interactions at Paktel. ZM holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Karachi University and a BS in Computer Science from Sir Syed University.
