About the role:

The Practice Manager is a NYC based manager, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, managing clinical and administrative staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. This role involves supporting and implementing operational initiatives and workflows to ensure the clinic consistently meets high standards of patient care and service.

What you'll be doing:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic
  • Design, implement and maintain efficient processes and workflows to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Facilitate clinical operations by managing patient, staff, and provider interactions, ensuring adequate daily coverage in clinical and administrative areas.
  • Monitor patient feedback and address concerns or complaints promptly.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical staff and the product team to report tech issues, suggest features, and provide feedback

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of care concierge agents, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities 
  • Collaborate with HR for hiring, training, scheduling, and employee relations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a practice manager role with 5+ years of healthcare experience (urgent care, medical practice, hospital, with multiple-site responsibility preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable and highly proficient with digital tools and processes, with a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and integrate them into daily operations.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare technology, including virtual-health/ Tele-Health platforms and EHR systems and EPIC
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Exceptional patient/customer service skills
  • This role will be a NYC Based, Hybrid experience (Tuesday-Thursday in office)

Compensation:
$100,000$130,000 USD

We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
