Chris Hartley

Chris Hartley is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at K. Hovnanian® Homes since April 2020, Chris has also held significant roles such as New Construction Advisory Board Member for Zillow and Board Member of the AtlasRTX Visionary Council. Previous positions include Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Trendmaker Homes, and various leadership roles at Dunhill Homes, Nathan Carlisle Homes, and Ashton Woods Homes. Chris has served on the Board of the American Cancer Society and chaired the Crawl For Cancer organization. A graduate of The University of Kansas, Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism in 2003.
