William Herndon

William Herndon is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Operations at K. Hovnanian® Homes since November 2021. Prior to this role, William held various positions at Lennar, including Director of Customer Care and Area Construction Manager, from February 2015 to November 2021. William also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Dan Ryan Builders and as a Project Manager at Crescent Homes. Earlier in the career, William served as Regional Construction Manager at KB Home and as Senior Project Manager at Palmetto Traditional Homes. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management from Clemson University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
