Hester Darcy

Hester Darcy, MSOD, RCC, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Organizational Strategy and Change Management at K.L. Scott & Associates, LLC since September 2023. Previously, Hester held the position of Director of Organization Development at Evolution Management, Inc. from January 2020 to August 2023 and was a Principal Consultant at Infinite Beta Consulting from May 2017 to January 2020, focusing on executive coaching, conflict resolution training, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Hester's experience also includes senior consultant roles supporting organizational culture change at Ephektiv and leadership coaching as a self-employed consultant. Earlier career positions spanned across multiple organizations, including Thomson Reuters, where Hester developed a knowledge management system, and the Peace Corps, where needs assessments were conducted for health education programs. Hester holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Framingham State University.
