Erica Andela

Erica Andela, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Manager of Prospect Development & Research at Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks, where responsibilities include devising research strategies to identify potential donors for fundraising initiatives. Prior to this role, Erica spent over 15 years at Syracuse University, holding various positions including Research Analyst in Prospect Management, HR Quality Assurance Manager, Assistant Director of the Service Center, and Human Resource Analyst.
