Faith Baronian

Faith Baronian has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Faith is currently working as the Senior Director of Data Services at Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks since February 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at The Walt Disney Company, starting as an Assistant Media Buyer/Advertising Assistant at McCann Erickson in November 2003. Faith then worked as a Research Associate at J.D. Power and Associates from May 2006 to March 2008. Faith also worked as an International Market Research Analyst at MySpace International, Fox Interactive Media from April 2008 to June 2009. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Market Research & Consumer Behavior Professor at California Lutheran University. Moving back to The Walt Disney Company, they held positions such as Senior Research Analyst, Manager of Research, Senior Manager of Research, and finally, Director of Research from 2010 to 2023.

Faith Baronian received their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from California State University, Northridge in the years 1999 to 2003. Faith then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business from California Lutheran University, where they attended from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, they briefly attended LIU Post in 2004, but did not complete a degree or field of study at that institution.
