Chaitanya Patel

Chaitanya Patel is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as an Assistant Manager for Wind Resource Assessment at KP Group since June 2025. Previously, Chaitanya held the position of Senior Engineer for Wind Resource Assessment at Adani Green Energy Ltd. from May 2024 to May 2025, focusing on operational wind site evaluations and met mast technical analyses. Prior to that, Chaitanya worked at Vestas as an Engineer in the Global Siting department, specializing in meteo data analysis for Latin America. Chaitanya's career also includes experience as an Executive at Torrent Power, where responsibilities involved micro siting and AEP assessments, as well as a Graduate Engineering Trainee in renewable energy. The professional journey began with a summer internship at Essar Power, gaining foundational knowledge in power generation technologies. Chaitanya holds a B. Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nirma University, completed in 2020.
