Ramya Rao

Ramya Rao is a seasoned Software Test Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance, currently working part-time at K-Rise Systems, Inc since July 2013. In this role, Ramya has established quality assurance processes and has been actively involved in System Integration Testing for a complex Vendor On Boarding portal in the Media/Entertainment industry. Ramya's expertise extends to testing B2B/B2C eCommerce portals for the Consumer Goods industry and conducting end-to-end testing for a cloud-based Employee Self Service Portal. Prior experience includes a Test Analyst position at Infosys Technologies Ltd, working on a financial project, and a Project Engineer role at M J Associates where contributions to HVAC design software were recognized. Ramya holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
