Stuart Carmichael

With over 20 years’ experience in the industrial, technology and professional services sectors, Stuart Carmichael specialises in corporate advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, and operational advice.

Stuart boasts extensive international experience, having worked in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. He has held several senior executive leadership positions with UGL, DTZ, AJG and KPMG Corporate Finance.

Stuart is a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed companies Swick Mining Services, De.mem, ClearVue Technologies, and Osteopore, and is the Non-Executive Chairman of Schrole. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant.
