Hagop Boyaci

Hagop is responsible for deal structuring, negotiation, financing, legal due diligence and execution of growth capital and buyout investments in enterprise software companies. He also provides ongoing support to K1’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining K1, Hagop worked as a management consultant where he developed, implemented, and managed operational initatives for senior management in the financial services industry.

Hagop received his J.D. from the University of California Irvine, School of Law and a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Hagop is licensed to practice law in California.

Hagop volunteers with the Volunteers of America in their Upward Bound program, which provides career counseling to first generation immigrant children. Hagop has also volunteered with the Mississippi Center for Justice to provide legal representation to indigent clients displaced due to Hurricane Katrina.
