Calvin Yu

Calvin Yu is an experienced quantity surveyor with over two decades in the construction industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Quantity Surveying at K11 Concepts Limited since July 2019, Calvin leads a team delivering comprehensive QS services for shopping mall developments in Beijing. Prior to this, Calvin held the position of Senior Contract Manager at China Resources Property Limited from June 2010 to July 2019, overseeing consultants and managing F&B area renovations at Causeway Centre. Earlier roles include Team Leader at Davis Langdon & Seah Hong Kong Limited for a residential project and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Hsin Chong Construction (Macau) Ltd., where services were provided for significant projects like Sands Casino Macau. Calvin holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Law & Arbitration from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics & Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
