Qianyun Lan

Qianyun Lan is a Senior Operation Officer at K11 Concepts Limited, a pioneering company in the museum retail sector, since September 2017. In this role, Qianyun tracks the weekly performance of Guangzhou K11 while previously serving as a Management Trainee, rotating through various departments and handling tenant inquiries and complaints. Prior experience includes a position as a Marketing Strategy Consultant at VF IMAGEWEAR MAJESTIC (UK) LIMITED, where Qianyun adapted marketing strategies from the European market to fit the Chinese market. Qianyun holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Quality and Security from Shanghai Business School.
