Michael Krog MBA, MPM has over 27 years of work experience in various roles, starting from their time in the US Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. Michael then worked as a Business Development & EOD Program Manager at Safety Systems Corporation, where they focused on securing contracts and providing technical training. After that, Michael worked at Tactical & Survival Specialties, Inc. as a Business Development & Program Manager, where they were responsible for project budget and schedule control, risk management, and business development. Michael later served as the Director of Business Development & Project Management Solutions at Lexem Strategy LLC.

Michael then transitioned to Tactical Lighting Solutions Inc., where they took on the role of Program Manager. In this position, they developed detailed project plans and managed program teams to achieve program objectives. Following that role, they worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Scheduler/Planning Analyst 4, where they ensured the integration of major Projects and Programs Integrated Master Schedules and plans across different functional groups.

Before their current role, Michael worked at K2 Construction Consultants, Inc. as a Program Manager/Cost Controller, where they provided PMO management, scheduling, finance, cost controls, and program performance analysis for government and private sector customers. Currently, they are employed at Leidos as a Corporate EVMS Implementation Manager, where they focus on implementing Earned Value Management Systems.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in project management, cost control, risk mitigation, contract management, and business development. Michael holds an MBA and an MPM.

Michael Krog MBA, MPM has an extensive education history. Michael first attended Elgin Community College from 1990 to 1992, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Chemistry. Later, from 1997 to 2000, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Management at Judson University.

Michael further expanded their education by attending Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. From 2011 to 2013, they obtained a Graduate Certificate of Project Management in addition to earning a Master of Project Management degree during the same timeframe. Finally, between 2013 and 2015, Michael completed their higher education journey by attaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
